Partnering with you during the pandemic was paramount to our safety and success. The guidance from our safety consultant, Derek created a learning environment for our staff. Through the scheduled trainings in person or via Zoom, Derek worked with us to ensure all employees are able to navigate the worksite safely. The spontaneous audits that he conducted created “teachable moments” that our administration could grow in. While on site, Derek retaught process and procedures, answered questions in real time, provided guidance and maintained our capacity to always improve. New guidance from MIOSHA or the Center for Disease Control was timely and relevant and he was always willing to do additional research specific to our needs.
