-Forklift collision with an electrical box

-Was the forklift properly maintained prior to use (PM records or any changes made), Are there any inspections records of forklift?

-How are you relaying this information to your employees?

Will my organization get fined?
-In this case fines are inevitable for the fire, but if you do not have everything else in place, you could see multiple infractions and incur more fines from OSHA
